James CasT

James is a lifelong tabletop sports gamer who’s best known for turning one box of cards and charts into an entire season’s worth of stories. He hosts the Tabletop SportCast podcast and writes featured articles for Sports Sim Magazine, usually fueled by big projects and a love of tracking “just one more game.” If there’s a way to replay it, draft it, or build a narrative league around it, he’s probably already started. PLAAY sits at the center of his hobby, and he also served as a panel speaker at PLAAY DOT CON 2025.

Harvey Couch

Harvey is a relative newcomer to the PLAAY universe of games, having discovered them during the pandemic in 2020—but don't let his rookie status fool you. He's the reigning champion of the 2025 PLAAY Gamer Open golf tournament at PLAAY DOT CON, a title he will casually mention in conversation whenever possible. When he's not dominating tournament play, Harvey can be found starting ambitious new PLAAY projects with the full intention of finishing them... right after he starts just one more. He co-hosts The Bluest Tape podcast about Widespread Panic, proving his ability to obsess over niche communities extends beyond the gaming table. In History Maker Golf, Harvey always uses a blue chip on clutch putts, because some traditions are sacred.

Al WILSON

Al has been a part of the PLAAY Games Community since stumbling upon Red, White, & Blue Racin' back in 2012. He built and maintains the PLAAY Games FAQ, has created numerous mods for PLAAY sports games, and helps admin the PLAAY Games Community page on Facebook. His YouTube channel, is still a useful resource for players new to the sport-sim hobby with many PLAAY games reviews and demonstrations. In addition to his involvement with PLAAY, Al is the owner of 3d6 Gaming, where he publishes sports sims and designs and sells 3D printed tabletop scoreboards and accessories.
